Dinner chili dog casserole

1 package of hot dogs, 2 15 ounce cans of chili with beans, 10 8 inch flour tortillas, 8oz of cheese

use one can in bottom of dish roll hot dogs up in tortillas put on top of chili. Once done cover with 2nd can of chili and top with cheese bake at 425 for 30 minutes
