In Episode 3, Chef EK show you how to made a piping bag at home out of parchment paper. He demonstrates that a small piping bag is a great way to write on or decorate the top layer of a cake. To track progress, and reuse the ingredients, chef EK is writing on a piece of parchment paper. once the chocolate sets, it is easily removed and melted again to be saved for a recipe that needs it.
