Make your movements stronger!

Mastering easier variations makes us stronger, not weaker!

Especially in calisthenics, some of us have a tendency to pick the hardest possible exercise we can barely do and only work that.

(Guys, I'm looking at you).

(Also looking at myself. Been there 😅).

While this may strengthen those muscles very quickly, we may be missing out on mastering the basic movement pattern of the exercise! This is the foundation upon which we should build our house.

Think of world-class sprinters. Sure, their muscles are explosively strong. But this firepower wouldn't be nearly as useful if they didn't master their TECHNIQUE first.

When we think technique, we want to think optimization!
