Some people brought up some good points about yesterday's video, so here's a follow up!

I know some friends who've had good success with this.

Personally, I do think it's helpful to get to a point where we can adjust our diet freely, including eating less and eating more. However, I appreciate that not everyone is at that point, so I hope this follow up resonates for some people.
