Want to work out, but don't have the time?

Try having a "foundation" to your routine. This is an exercise set that only takes a few minutes and keeps your progress going. It can be done in 5 minutes sometimes.

Then add to this foundation on days where you DO have time and energy!

Just a quick tip I use when my life is busy!
