NYPD OFFICERS Battle red tape to receive reasonable accommodations PART TWO

After approving now 2100 exemptions, The NYPD EEOD is saying that the religious accommodations of another 4400+ are 'not reasonable.'

They have been summarily denied due to “not meeting the criteria for a reasonable accommodation” even though the officer handbook states “nothing in the order could be construed to prohibit reasonable accommodations which is required by law”

They are determining which NYPD officers get to stay and which officers must go for ‘the greater good.’

Officer X is farther along than Officer U in the battle to maintain their jobs without these unconstitutional mandates shoved upon them. They have been withstanding harassment, intimidation, shame and non-inclusive discrimination.

Deputy Commissioner Wendy Garcia should be fully aware that no state of emergency suspends The constitution. She is supposed to be upholding the Bill of Rights of these officers and she is not.

THIS IS treason and a breach of her oath of office.

Ultimatums were given to all these cops.

The irony is that the office of equity and inclusion has become non-inclusive and discriminatory.

We the People are calling out the Mayor, Health Commissioner and Deputy Commissioner's offices to live up to your oath of office or be singled out in a court of law and public opinion.
