Cacao Chia Parfait Recipe:
1/4 Cup Chia Seeds
1/2 - 1 cup Liquid (Milk, Almond Milk, etc.)
1/4 Cup Raw Cacao (2-5 tbsp. to taste)
Optional: 1-2 tbsp sweeteners (honey, maple syrup, coconut sugar, monk fruit, etc.)
Let sit in the fridge for 20 minutes or until you have pudding consistency
Layer pudding with fun add-ins such as Fresh Fruit, coconut flakes, hemp seeds, etc.
