Melissa Curran is the owner of Scented Balance, Inc. She is a certified aromatherapist with tools to help you take charge of your physical, emotional and spiritual well-being through the wisdom of pure essential oils.
In addition to aromatherapy, Melissa is also a holistic life coach and earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Gardner Webb University.
As Melissa says, aromatherapy found her and it’s become her calling and passion. Her mission is to educate you on the amazing simple goodness of pure essential oils and how they can make everyday life smell better and feel better.
Melissa carefully researches and handcrafts aromatherapy products specializing in skin disorders and pain management.
When she’s not in her aromatherapy studio blending and creating products for your best health, you’ll find Melissa with her hands in the dirt planting flowers (but tending mostly weeds); mesmerized by the ocean, studying herbalism and crystals, appreciating her coffee and wine and bragging about still fitting into her high school charm bracelet.
A bit about Scented Balance:
Scented Balance is a full service aromatherapy shop located in Winston-Salem, NC. I personally create each aromatherapy product using pure essential oils and organic ingredients.
You’ll find a wide array of products for issues such as chronic pain, eczema and psoriasis, headaches and migraines, indigestion (including IBS), menopause symptoms, anxiety and depression.
I also offer an Ionizing Detox Foot Spa for ridding your body of inflammation, yeast and heavy metals along with a ZYTO Biofeedback Scan that gives you information about your body, mind and spirit. When you have solid information, you can make wiser healthcare choices about pure essential oils, supplements and tinctures that your body needs as opposed to guessing at it.
In the shop, I also carry jewelry and other gifts, smudge sticks, pure essential oils and synergy blends and greeting cards as well.
