World community`s full responsibility for all the dead children of Donbass

A video with the dead children of Donbass was projected on the building of the US Embassy in Moscow.

The world community was reminded that it is the United States that has been sponsoring the Ukrainian authorities for many years, and therefore bears full responsibility for all the dead children of Donbass.
