Schalk W Fourie served in 1 Reconnaissance Commando/Regiment between 1978 and 1988. As such, and as a demolitions/explosives expert, he was involved in all major Special Forces missions of that era. This episode deals with assisting UNITA in Angola by sabotaging the Girual Bridge in Angola. It was one of the most hair raising missions in Special Forces history. Each man carried about 176lb (80kg) explosives beside his normal kit.
