Info from Licensor: Whilst dog sitting for my Uncle and Auntie’s Cocker Spaniel Foster for 3 weeks in April, we noticed that his hair would go static standing straight on his head. I decided to ask the internet why this was happening and of course received some interesting theories, some of my favorites were ghosts, aliens, or a punk phase.
