Block & Company demolishes free-standing building to make way for new Chipotle in Merriam, KS

Alex Block and David M. Block of Block & Company, Inc. recently leased 8800 Shawnee Mission Parkway to Chipotle as a build-to-suit.

Mitch DiCarlo of Block & Company's Construction Management Department will handle the redevelopment of the property from start to finish. The building is expected to be completed in late 2022 and Chipotle is expected to open shortly thereafter.
