1/3 cup cashews ( soaked in boiling water for at least 15 min )
2 tbsp miso paste
1" fresh ginger
2 tbsp rice vinegar
pinch chilli flakes
1/2 cup water

Sauce for Summer rolls:
1 tbsp PB ( heaping )
1 tbsp tamari
sriracha to taste
1 tbsp rice vinegar
1 tbsp maple syrup
1/2 tsp red pepper powder
