If you're looking for a DIY reverse hyper machine, here's the home gym hack I use to recreate the weighted reverse hyperextension at home without a machine.

(1) Add spotter arms to your rack

(2) Add weight to a dip belt and set it on one of the spotter arms

(3) Add a pad to the top of one spotter arm

(4) Place your hips on the pad

(5) Weight plate sits on your calves

(6) Hang on to the other spotter arm with your hands
