Deep Sleep Instantly, Relaxing Music, Relaxing Sleep Music, Meditation Music

Small meditative exercise to fall asleep:

Preparation:

- Half an hour before bedtime, turn off all electronic devices with artificial lights, so that the brain activity goes to a relaxed state faster.
- Twenty minutes before your normal bedtime, you should be in bed.
- Lie on your back to meditate. This is the best attitude for this.
- Focus on your breathing and let the music play in the background.

Meditation:

- Now feel your breathing and observe how your abdominal wall rises and falls as you breathe. Make sure you breathe calmly.
- Count your breaths until you reach ten and then start over.

This little exercise can help your body regenerate. To relax and switch off from everyday life. Ideally, you fell into a deep sleep afterwards. Just try it. If it doesn't work, it just takes more practice. Especially when the body and mind do not know something like this, it is difficult at the beginning. Just do it every day.
