Upper Body Hiit Exercises - Toned Arms, Shoulder And Upper Back Bodybuilding

Grab some dumbbells and get ready to sweat. If you want to get a good sweat in—while showing your back, shoulders, and arms some love—an upper body HIIT workout is a great way to do it.

For beginners, start with 2 sets x 10 reps then progress to advanced levels as you get comfortable with the weight of your choice. Preferably, 10 pounds for starters. Remember to take 5 minutes rest in between reps.

Diet tips: I always recommend to eat as healthy as possible and drink enough water throughout the day. If you want to put on muscle, increased calorie intake is important. You can also slowly increase your current meal portion, most importantly don't skip meals if you want to lose fat and gain muscles :)
