Epi #010 The Swarm.

It’s Swarm season for us bee keepers. You expect the odd call out to a swarm, knowing its probably bumble bees under a shed. But occasionally you do get a genuine swarm.
But I wasn't expecting this monster!!
Shook them down into the nuc box and let them march in after the queen. Her sent will tell them where to go. After that just leave them be, seal them up after sunset so that any foraging bees are home safe and sound, and first thing in the morning get them down to the apiary..
