Trying to earn a living amid an acute fuel shortage has become an uphill battle for rickshaw driver Lasanda Deepthi. She sometimes spends up to 12 hours in the petrol line, and she is not alone. Sri Lanka is reeling under its worst economic crisis since independence in 1948. Eve Johnson reports.
