This is how i make mac + cheese, and its amazing every time, bring water to a boil, put in your noodles , then lower the temp to about MED or ( 5/10 ) for 12-13 mins, Then drain the water, put the noodles back in your pot, add cheese , stir until all cheese its melted, and your done :)
