Garage Roof Done and Bonus Loft in the Attic

The roof took 9 hours and my mom helped by handing me shingles. The loft is a decade old and was only $400 in materials and took 4 hours. I had to put a ladder on the garage roof and take out a window to get the plywood up there. That was back in the good old days of affordable things. Got 5 bundles of estate grey fo $50 at a garage sale and then just got the rest new for under $600. Went over 1 layer of old beat up shingles. Starter strip around the perimeter, 6 nails per shingle, and went over the ridge with both sides before doing the cap. I made a spacer so they are all exactly the same, except the last one. You wish I lived at your house, lol. I do work for land access and equity shares or trade. LATE
