How true is ancient Armenian folklore? The Medieval Arab explorer Ibn Fadlan (the real life protagonist of the 13th Warrior) wrote that while in Bulgaria he encountered a real life giant. Since then for hundreds of years real giants and the remains of giants have been reported and discovered across the Black Sea region, especially in Turkey and Armenia. From Zoroastrianism's Ahura Mazda to the Watchers of the Book of Enoch, could the underground city of Turkey's Derinkuyu hold clues to this strange mystery?
