Unsolved 1940 - George Herbert Farr

The case of 20-year-old George Farr who was shot in the back in a train compartment as it approached Altrincham staion.

Whilst the case was thrown out, it cannot be said that the real reason for the shot having been fired and be satisfactorily explained, and the full details remain a mystery to this day.
