THE PAIN OF DISCIPLINE OR THE PAIN OF REGRET
https://amazingdestinydesign.com

"We must all suffer from one of two pains: the pain of discipline or the pain of regret. The difference is discipline weighs ounces while regret weighs tons." — Jim Rohn

I've heard this quote over the years and never knew the source. It appears I wasn’t aware of the second sentence. When doing a search, I came upon a blog post by Tyler Gaffaney, an Assistant Men's Basketball Coach at Wesleyan University. He calls his blog Hoop Gains (http://tylergaffaney.com/blog/2017/5/8/the-pain-of-discipline-vs-the-pain-of-regret).
