Talked to Wood County Sheriff Castaloo 10/2/2018 3 PM

Chris said they didn't search him. He said when searching a situation like that, deputies are searching for weapons. If joint in crumbled up cig pack, it wouldn’t have been checked or removed.

Said he was asked multiple time to leave and wouldn’t.

Said he had filings on citizen who made the charges, not the police. Even the AG assault had been filed by the injured man, not police.

I argued resisting arrest or search.

He said from what he was reading from his deputies reports, my explanation of what happened was totally different from what’s in their reports.

I told him Rachel had never been able to tell her story to investigator. No answer

He said he ran as and is a constitutional sheriff

I told him that from what I have found, first broken law was when Cris was assaulted by employees, not bouncers nor owners, putting hands on him and throwing him outside. No answer.

He said we need to get a good lawyer. Never mentioned a Pub Def, so I did.
