Homemade TV Dinners//Gluten Free Chicken Penne Alfredo//Chicken Broth

As of this filming all of the ingredients in this recipe are gluten free. Always check your labels every time. Jarred pasta sauces can change at any time. My Instant Pot is 8 quarts. Adjust your water accordingly if you have a smaller size. I use Jovial brand specifically because their large cut penne holds up to freezing. Many gluten free pastas will not, especially small cut or spaghetti.

Ingredients for broth:
12 chicken drumsticks or 8 thighs
1 gallon of filtered water
3 tbsp of onion powder
1 tbsp of garlic powder
1 tbsp of sea salt
1 tsp of black pepper

Ingredients for Chicken Penne Alfredo:
4 cups chicken broth
18 oz Jovial gluten free brown rice penne pasta
3 15 oz jars of Classico Roasted Garlic Alfredo sauce
The chicken meat from 12 drumsticks or 8 thighs
To taste: onion powder, garlic powder, pepper, and salt
