This morning CHP H-32 responded with CAL FIRE/Napa County Fire Department, AMR Napa County, and REACH to a report of a mountain bike collision that was approximately 2 miles from the Moore Creek Park Trailhead.

H-32 located the patient in a ravine after falling approximately 50 feet from a single track trail. CHP H-32 lowered a CHP Flight Officer/Paramedic to the scene where the patient was medically assessed and placed in a rescue harness.

CHP H-32 returned to the scene and hoisted the patient and the CHP Flight Officer/Paramedic approximately 70 feet into H-32. The patient was flown to the Lake Hennessey Boat Ramp where she was lowered to waiting personnel.
