From Road House to ROUNDHOUSE!!

Time for us to work on one of the most well known kicks in the world!! The roundhouse, or round kick, is done several different ways depending on your form of martial arts, or even between organizations or sects of the same 'style' of art. Here, we're going over our own version of of a round kick. We'll mostly be concentrating on 2 main aspects of our kick - making a T and bringing our knee up.
