The Xingyue is based on the CMA platform, which is the same platform used by the Volvo XC40.

Powering the new Geely Xingyue will be a 2L turbocharged 4 cylinder engine which comes from the Geely Xingyue L KX12. This is a 2L 4 cylinder engine based on Volvo architecture.

This engine meets the world’s latest emissions standards, including China 6 and Euro 6.

The maximum power is 235 bhp and 350 Nm of torque, matched with an 8 speed Aisin automatic transmission.

You should expect 0-100 km/h in around 7 sec.
