A video of NYPD officers tasing a man on the subway has sparked outrage over police brutality. Police accused the man of not paying his fare, though he says he did and he began taunting the officers who then swarmed on him.

Facebook user that posted the video says:
"ENOUGH IS ENOUGH!
A gang of NYPD officers swarmed onto a train, jumped on and tased a young Black Man. They accused him of fare evasion and many witnesses on the train, tried to explain to the cops that he did pay his fare."
