Football dribbling with the ball exercise, place approx 10 to 20 cones 50 cm apart, dribble through ten times each foot left and right , keep touches on the ball to around 3 with the outside of the foot and 3 with the inside of the foot, aim to keep ball a few centimetres away from the foot, close ball control.
