NEW Hydra Fire Ball Sorceress Build | Diablo 2 Resurrected 2.4 PTR

I've been playing around on the Diablo 2 Resurrected PTR for patch 2.4, And the Holy Fire Paladin has seemed incredibly strong. It was making me think that maybe fire damage was bugged and outputting a bit too much damage. So I decided to make a fire sorceress to check. This is the Hydra Fire Ball Sorceress build guide I came up with using the new Flickering Flame Helmet Runeword.
