Vibra Prime Primer Tube Filler

This is my Vibra Prime primer tube filler. It's a shame the vibration failed after loading about a thousand primers. It was in storage with the batteries removed, but after 2-3 years it fails to fully function. Putting a fluke meter on it does show good voltage levels on the battery pack, the rest of the mechanism is sealed so it would be difficult to troubleshoot farther without invasive steps.
