US meddling in Colombia's election, warns left-wing vice presidential candidate Francia Márquez

Colombia's top vice presidential candidate, Francia Márquez, warned that the US government is meddling in the country's elections to hurt her left-wing Pacto Histórico coalition, just days before the May 29 vote.

She called out US meddling and criticized the "ultra-right-wing" lobby in Washington, DC, at an event organized by a US government-affiliated think tank.
