It looks as though TMZ may have known, all the way back in 2016, that Amber was indeed the leaker of the cabinet video. Or it was hyperbole for their television show... It's speculative at best.

What isn't speculative is that Elaine Bredehoft, crazy cat lawyer and Amber's longest serving Lawyer, having a cry at the courthouse after Closing Arguments. Listen, Elaine is a horrible lawyer and her closing statement was a dumpster fire, but finally the pressure of the situation, the culmination of the lies and the realization that her client is the bad guy was too much to bear. She doesn't deserve that, but she chose it. Elaine is Amber's latest victim, but hopefully her last.
