How to add ingredients to your sourdough

For this recipe I've used 200 gr water and 100 gr seeds for the soaking.

My bread recipe is this:
350 gr flour plain
100 gr whole meal
100 gr starter
15 gr salt
375 gr water

mix and fermented for 6-7 hours overnight on my bench, then added the seeds and folded twice every 15 minutes...
