Thanks to the Dodd Frank Act, the New York Federal Reserve legally was required to release yesterday both the names of institutions that received loans at the end of 2019 and how much those loans contained. Shockingly, just TWO foreign banks — one from Japan and one from France — received TRILLIONS of dollars alone (as reported by Wall Street On Parade).
