Newly-released dash camera footage revealed that three people were in the car with a murder suspect as he reportedly fled police Sunday morning.

Miguel Galliher is accused of shooting three people at Lug Nutz Bar and Grill, killing 44-year-old Robert Strong.

When the dash camera video footage begins, minutes after the shooting, an officer has just spotted Galliher driving on Route 4.

Even when the officer turns on his lights and sirens, the car only speeds up and refuses to stop.

The suspect loses control of his car about a half-mile away, fish tailing and spinning across two lanes before crashing into a utility pole.

For about two minutes, an officer repeatedly orders him to put his hands up. It’s unclear from the video what he’s doing in the car as this is happening.

It soon becomes clear that there are three other people in the car. They’re taken into custody before Galliher emerges from the vehicle and is cuffed.

So far, Galliher is the only one being charged with a crime. Fairfield police didn’t respond when Local 12 emailed asking what the other passengers were doing with him.

Galliher remains in the Butler County Jail with no bond and will appear in court in a week.

Previously, Galliher’s relatives told Local 12 that he shot Strong in self-defense. A request for comment to his public defender Wednesday went unanswered.
