A talented artist who has been brightening up a city's streets for four years has unveiled her latest project.

Tash Frootko, 42, has been painting houses in Gloucester since 2018 - and this transformation is her biggest and brightest transformation to date.

Twenty-five houses have been painted, with the three adjoining streets connected by two murals by local artists Zoe Power and Eloise Henderson-Figueroa.

The huge project has finally been unveiled today (27/5), marking a giant milestone in Tash's mission to inject colour into the city she lives in.

The property developer, who has lived in Gloucester for the past two decades, said: "I like to see potential in everything and I see Gloucester as a huge blank canvas.

"Rows of Victorian terraced houses look sublime when painted in bold and vivid colours. It brings them back to life after being allowed to become drab and soulless.

"Previously this area of the city had no identity and this project has given it just that."
