PART 2 conclusion. Join me today for some fresh air on a nice, sunny afternoon here in Southern Illinois. Today I will be working at one of my friend's farms to clean several roadside ditches that have become clogged and also make some new ditches to try to drain some areas of flooded timber to get them to start drying out. If you missed PART 1 and want to see how I buried my GoPro alive here is that link: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8Az8AV0Mwz0&t=355s And if you missed me getting my Bobcat mini excavator stuck in the swamp mud here is that link: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nCU40HUaV6c Now, back to today's episode; I was able to successfully clear 2 different road ditches to get the water flowing again, make a couple of new ditch cuts to get Mark's flooded timber draining, and I had to make a 'ditch detour,' around some big oak hardwood trees since I was not able to cut the big tree roots with the mini excavator, so we'll see how the ditch detour worked out! Some before and after shots and a follow up to see how it is flowing a week later. Thanks for joining me, I hope to see you on some future episodes!
