This guided meditation for kids will make kids MORE POWERFUL, STRONGER, BRAVER, MORE COURAGEOUS AND MORE CONFIDENT!

This guided meditation for kids will also teach kids how to relax, focus on their breathing, become more aware of their bodily sensations, reduce tension, and let go of worries and worry from their busy days.

Children may enhance their general health, boost their positive brain functions, and reap the benefits of reduced stress levels for better focus and well-being by practicing this guided meditation on a daily basis.

Even parents and adults may wish to join in and listen along to this gently spoken, mindful meditation in only 10 minutes, since it has been scientifically proven to benefit anyone who practice it frequently.

This is my first guided sleep meditation video, and it's meant to make kids feel comfortable and at ease while they learn to let go of any worry, anxiety, or fears they've had throughout the day. My mediation messages are all good, so you can be assured that I am only bringing you and your children the finest.
