The Best SlowCooked American Goulash

2 Lb Brisket Beef, 2 Lb Onions,
1 can Tomatoes, 8 to 10 Oz Sour
Cream, 8 to 10 Oz Philly Cheese,
1 Lb Macaroni, 1 to 3 cups Water,
2 tbs Cornstarch, 2 tsp Smoked
Paprika, 1 tsp Garlic Power, 1 tsp
Sugar, 2 Beef Boulion Cubes, 2 tsp
Italian Herb Mix, 1/4 tsp Ground
White Pepper.
