The US people are under a blockade, by definition

Merchant ships not being allowed in port, baby formula shortages, chip shortages, fuel shortages and the supply chain "crisis" are all intentional. By definition, this is a blockade against the American people and an act of war. It resembles Operation Anaconda from the US Civil War, where the Confederacy was blockaded by the Union.
