Plants vs Zombies 2 - Penny's Pursuit - Zomboss - Primal Potato Mine - May 2022

This quest focuses on the Core plant Primal Potato Mine and was offered between May 25, 2022 and June 1, 2022.

Primal Potato Mine is a member of the Bombard-Mint family.
Costs 50 Sun
Takes five (5) seconds to arm. (4 seconds at level 2 and 3 seconds at level 5)
When triggered, Primal Potato Mine will do 2,400 damage in a 3x3 area. (2,800 at level 2 and 3,200 at level 6)
When given plant food, Primal Potato Mine will instantly arm as well as duplicate its instantly armed self to two (2) random tiles.

What an amazing plant. This is a Core Plant as well meaning every player unlocks it during the Jurassic Marsh levels so everyone can easily obtain this plant. Does enough damage to eliminate most zombies in a decent (3x3) area. Only high level zombies and Gargantuars can survive the explosion and even then, they would take significant damage.

Bottom Line - this is one plant one needs to consider for almost every level.

Reward is 15 Primal Potato Mine seeds.
Players start with 1,600 Sun.

Level 3 Objective - Remove eleven (11) health bars in three (3) minutes.
Reward is 20 Primal Potato Mine seeds.
Players start with 1,350 Sun.
