iEvolv Channeling 10 - How do I forgive the unforgivable?

All of us has been wronged in a way in our lives that we struggle to move beyond. Is it right to hang on to the slight? Or if we should let it go, how do we do that when it feels like the other person doesn't deserve our forgiveness?
