Welcome to Rockville 2022 was unfortunately marred by extreme weather conditions including frequent bursts of lightning, hail, and wind gusts, forcing the festival to be evacuated multiple times. Ultimately, when Welcome To Rockville was allowed to function, it was a damn good time.
