iEvolv Channeling 37 - An experiment in conscious (eyes open) channeling

I've been encouraged by my guides to practice conscious channeling (eyes open) so when I'm channeling it would appear I'm just talking. I gave it a go and this is the result. Its not as easy as I expected.
