Convert A YouTube Video to a MP3 File | Linux command line | Quick Guide

Just siply copy this command followed by the youtube link

youtube-dl --extract-audio --audio-format mp3

or if youwant a thumbnail in your file

youtube-dl --prefer-ffmpeg --extract-audio --audio-format mp3 --audio-quality 0 --embed-thumbnail

0:00 The Command line that you need to enter
0:56 Just Copy and Paste the Link from youtube video you want the audio from
1:20 The process of the video downloading then converting to MP3
2:22 The video should be in the Home directory
