Hi!🖐 This is perfect workout to tone, strengthen, and flatten your lower belly. This plank challenge is great for beginners or anyone trying to get abs at home without any equipment.

All you will need for this core workout is a mat! Perfect for those active rest days or anytime you fancy a core tightening routine!😊

☝️ Try to relax and focus on maintaining a long body during the plank.

Workout Plan:
✅ 10 Diferente PLANK Variations (2x repetitions)
✅ 20 sec. WORK
✅ 10 sec. REST
✅ No Equipment
