Mountain bike rider is hoisted by CHP after an accident

This afternoon, CHP H-30 responded with Cordelia Fire Protection District, Fairfield Fire, and Solano Medic Ambulance to a report of a mountain bike accident in a remote section of the park.

H-30 arrived overhead and directed responding units to the riders location. Once the rider was prepared for rescue, H-30 hoisted the rider to a waiting Medic Ambulance.

The rider was transported by ambulance to a local hospital for treatment.
