Bodycam video shows police rescuing 4 from submerged car

New police body-worn camera video shows officers rescuing four people from a pond in Severn.

An officer on patrol Friday night in Severn Danza Park heard a car crash discovered the driver lost control of the vehicle and it sank into the drainage pond.

Officers rescued everyone inside the car, which included a 9-month-old child and a 3-year-old child.

The driver, Oswaldo Ramirez Lopez, did not have a license and was arrested on outstanding warrants, police said.
